Project Planning

  • Review project plans to achieve budget and operational needs
  • Oversee total project control budget in an effort to identify all project costs from the outset

Design Management

  • Oversee architect selection and develop the Design Services Request for Proposal (RFP
  • Inspect systems for compliance, performance, and maintenance exposures
  • Develop an owner-favorable design contract that protects against cost overruns
  • Achieve functional success and complete design from an operational and capital perspective
  • Supervise design and consultant teams and oversee contractor selection process

Construction Management

  • Management of project and supervision of design and construction teams in an effort to deliver projects on time and budget.
  • Create project advocacy with regular communication among all parties and the community
  • Assist in obtaining LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council

Building Commissioning

  • Perform operational design review to achieve minimal energy use and cost
  • Protect against post-construction problems by inspecting installations to determine whether equipment meets design specifications and is installed correctly
  • Validate that new systems work by testing them under various loads and seasonal conditions
  • Provide comprehensive systems training of maintenance and operations staff to ensure long-term operational success
